Well this week did'nt start off as bright as I thought it would have. Rolled out of bed monday morning to New Zealand weather! Raining, cold and miserable. I thought this was California. Luckely well be back into the mid 30s by the end of the week and things will go back to normal. So the weekly schedule got shuffled around abit and got into in the gym first thing monday morning. Today again was the same unfortunitly but got some solid fine breaks to grow some more horse power in the legs out on the road. Now its time to start freshening up for the weeknd with one more maintanance gym sesh and hopefully a light track session tommorow afternoon if the weather plays ball as me and willy fly out to the east coast of USA on thursday (friday new zealand time). Amped and excited to say the least for this weeknds race, as its my first ever ABA race. Cant wait to line up on that gate and throw down!
In other news, I did some sprint testing a few weeks back with the team back in Cambridge, New Zealand post New Zealand Tiltles on the watt bike. Super pumped to see alot of improvements as far as results go from the last testing i did which was 6 weeks previous. Time to continue climbing the ladder!
